After filling out an intake form, come meet me in person! I will observe you in a variety of movements and postures to get a clearer picture of what's going on in your body- what can be strengthened, stretched, released, or stabilized to allow you to live more vibrantly. I then build a plan for a personalized practice for you, your needs, and goals.
